I can't get any working VISA

I'd like to get a job in the U.S. But I don't know how to get a working VISA.
I have applied Diversity Program twice. But the possibility of getting green card
is very low, And I have not received any notice letter yet.
I've worked as a software engineer in Japan for 18 years, and I'd like to work
in the U.S. as a software enginner, too.

I went to San Francisco, last year. To study English, I'd been there for 3 months.
I went to Alcatraz island, San Francisco Zoo, SF MOMA, Golden Gate Bridge,
Goden Gate Park, Oriental art museum, etc. It was very interesting and I had
big fun. It was my pleasure very much.

I'd tried to find a job, too. I'm searching a software company that kindly support
me to get a working VISA.

Please let me know how to get a working VISA and get a job in the U.S. Is there
someone who could help me, or know the way to get a job in the U.S.
